Disgusted

If there was a minus 4 i would of inserted it, i ordered an item on the 8th may , delivered the item only to realize i ordered the incorrect size ( my fault ) logged a return on the 16th may , collected the item on the 18 may , they brought the exchange item on 22nd May which was the EXACT SAME size as the incorrectly ordered item, not sure if it was the same item or a new one , i logged a return immediately on the 22nd , they scheduled to collect on 25 may however they send the driver to my work address , they reschedule the delivery without contacting me, next day go back to the work address, eventually they collected the Tuesday from my home address and till today 29 may 2020 i have heard nothing, its gone over 2 weeks waiting for the "number one online store in SA" to get back to me . A simple call to rectify the situation will of been so easier but they don't give a damn as long as they getting RICH!
