Disgusted

I am honestly disgusted by the service I received at takealot. I ordered a Russell hobbs coffee machine when my husband got the package he took it and payed the delivery guy. Upon opening of the package the coffee machine was not packed nicely it was just put in the box, when he removed the coffee machine it was cracked ? then he rushed to the pick up point just to discover that it is already an item which was returned previously. Takealot I want my money back I took your item to your pick up point and I want my R4000 back. I tried contacting customer care no answer and I was on the line for 45min.
