Disgusted

I had an order delivered from Take a lot on the 4th of Feb and the driver overcharged me, I told him that I had to pay R103 and he insisted that the fee was R143 which I paid him. I have since sent this complaint to them , only to be contacted today and questioned about how this money was given to him. I am perplexed that this is not resolved, because the principle of the matter is that they have a dishonest employee that **** and said i gave him R110, which was not the case because i initially had the R103 which i was suppose to pay and seeing that he insisted it was R143, gave him R203, of which he gave me R60 change.
