Disgusted

<p>I purchased a book online from these people as it was reasonably priced. I paid and the order went through ********** . The package was delivered at 07h15 in the morning by FedEx. I had already left for work so my mom took delivery on my behalf. I opened the package when I got home only to find that the book purchased appeared to be second hand. The cover on the back had scratch marks and the corners of the cover both back and front were bent. I contacted them immediately as thus is not what I had paid for. I was apologised to and told that they would pick up and replace the book. I was told that a returns agent would be in contact. Suffice to say that no agent bothered to call, instead I got an email stating that they are out of stock, they will check the item and then either replace or refund. I then kept getting these 'rate our service' emails and would you recommend any one oh and the last one which tells me to waste my airtime and contact them. They picked up the book, did not send a replacement. I went online, the book is advertised at a higher price than I had paid. If you are out of stock, how are you still advertising the product? Dishonesty in business causes you to loose clients.</p>
