Disgusted!!!

<p>I ordered my wedding stationery from Takealot. They told me it will be delivered by today. When I track my order it said everything is ready to go except the envelopes so I phoned to cancel these envelopes and a few hours later I called them back and the lady assured me that my order was at the dispatch area. I tracked my order this morning and they gave half of my paper to another customer. Now I have to cancel my order because Im going on holiday tommorow and I wanted to make my wedding invitations whilst on holiday. I spoke to Sipho in their call centre who put me on hold for over 5 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I eventually hung up because you use Takealot to save money but Ive spent over R100 just on airtime in the last two days to help them rectify their own mistakes. I find it so ironic that when you order something you have to pay IMMEDIATELY but when you wish to cancel your order because they cant deliver on their promises its the biggest mission to get your money back. I have to go buy my papers and envelopes and pens at a shop today or tommorrow so I can make the invitations while on holiday or they wont be done in time but I have a small wedding budget and Takealot ows me R907.00</p> <p> </p> <p>Truelly apaulled by the way in wish you treat your return customers!!</p>
