Disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Livid beyond words. Place an order 25 Feb 26 and pay the delivery fee, and I receive the wrong colour. I advised there agents it was for a 21st birthday 28 Feb and i need it swopped immediately. They come collect with no replacement. I am told 2 - 3 days. So i advised the agent i am going to place another order and pay the special delivery to speed it up. I receive the order today, again the wrong colour. I paid for the black and white and i am getting the purple and white. this is for a boy. 1st order Order #*** , 2nd order Order #*** I am livid. now there is no response to my emails and complaints. and the agent assured me there was the black and white stock i ordered.

all they say is, i will refund you, choose something else. i have spent so much money through takealot and this is how i am treated. Disgusted
