Disgusted

I was always a fan of takealot but the last week I had the most horrible experience. I had a budget to redecorate our rooms and ordered a lovely grey and blue bedding set which matches my son's curtains. The description said it's a comforter and pillowcases. After waiting two weeks for arrival of all the bedding, I received a duvet cover and not a comforter. Rhe thinnest package and Monique van harte has the audacity to ask if I opened the package to check if it's a comforter. As if I'm to stupid to feel that the package is to thin and to see there is no stitching like comforters have to keep rhe stuffing in place. 3 days, no reply from her each day I sent a mail and even called. They want to pick up the package today but they have offered me no solution. I don't want a refund, I want the comforter or an inner for the cover. I am livid!!! Disgusting service from that girl
