Disgusted!

Absolutely disgusted! My husband ordered me a suitcase on black friday for 500 odd Rand! We got delivered a R3500 electric hover board thing! We contacted you which I can assure you most would not have and you would never have known we had this. For being honest we now dont have a hover board and you will not give me a suit case but have credited my husbands takelot NOT credit card! My husband stupidly tried to use credit for something else and due to an error he got charged again instead of using credit! Moral of the story don't be honest since Billion Rand companies will ***** you over! Your delivery service is also shocking!
