Disgusted

I am extremely unhappy. .l placed an order an nanotec wall plug heater which costs R500 and I received a mug today. There is no contact number to call and I cannot access the Web to go to returns. This is a lot of money and I expect someone to fetch this from me asap and provide me with the right item I ordered. Absolutely pathetic
