Disgusted

Good day I ordered with takelot for the very 1st time. I paid on the 30.11.2017 and got a notification that I will get my delivery on the 4th. Today is the 08th and I have yet to receive my delivery. They politely send me an sms daily, and all it says is that the order has been delayed. And I have called into the call centre 5 times and each time they advise me it will come tomorrow, they having issues with drivers. So whose problem is that ?I understand that we have the opportunity to collect the goods, but then why am I ordering online if I still have to go and collect the goods? This was the worst experience ever. Nobody calls, they just send u the automated sms. I am in customer service, for 10 years and I must add, takelot has no regard of their customer experience. I was promised by a call center agent Justin that I will get my delivery yesterday as it is next in line. Oh well. Its a new day today and I have on order still. I will NEVER use takelot again
