Disgust with the level of dishonesty and lack of ethics

I had purchased pillows from them 3 months ago. I realized thereafter something sounding like plastic was inside of the pillow, I cut the pillow open to see inside only to notice junk material and plastic waste inside. I requested for a refund only to be told I have destroyed the pillows BUT IGNORING WHAT WAS INSIDE. They proceeded to send me pictures of the outside of the pillow, in such a way hiding what was contained inside. This shows a level of shrewdness and a complete lack of ethics. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I did not pay for pillows with waste and junk inside them.
