Disgruntled loyal customer

Wish I could give - 5 stars Placed my order on Wednesday for Friday delivery fine i wait for delivery got an sms stating my delivery is delayed due to insufficient address details mind you I order from Takealot monthly with delivery to the same address sms stated I would be contacted. I waited no one contacted me so I initiate contact via e mail after alot of back and forth Saturday morning I was told there was a technical issue and my delivery will be prioritized it is now 18:30 Saturday after I cancelled my plans to wait for this delivery no communication from Takealot and no delivery. Keep in mind my order total was more than R2000.. Pathetic customer service from Takealot no feedback and no consideration for their customers think I should swith to Amazon going forwaed
