Disgruntled Customer

I recently placed order, I received email stating my order will be delayed which was fine, then I got sms the next. day stating my order is out on delivery, I wait n wait nothing gets delivered..When I go track my parcel it now states insufficient address details so thats why it was not delivered which is utter nonsense when they last delivered to my address in August, I have called so many times no one seems to know what happend and cnt give me direct answers when I can receive it. My thing is don't lie to customers be direct and honest the delivery is delayed. This is appalling and unacceptable behavior from such big online retailer
