Disgruntled customer

I ordered a 2 heaters from takealot a moth ago and upon arrival one of the heaters was incorrect. I then lodged a return on the 18th May 2020 wherein they also arranged for a pick up of the incorrectly delivered item where they indicated that turn around time would be up to 7 days. I have sent numerous emails to them indicating my dissatisfaction without any response from their side until I called their offices where I was told the matter would be escalated. yesterday I received a one line response which indicated that they have received the returned item, no update about me received my item.

I am very disgruntled by their service.
