Disgruntled client

Unfortunately, I scored to high. I wish they had minus stars.

I bought a bottle of Hellmann’s mayonnaise from Takealot a few weeks ago. I received it, but, unfortunately the bottle was broken and contaminated the mayonnaise with the glass pieces. I contacted Takealot for a refund or exchange, but they want the jar back. I live in an area whereby temperatures reach between 40-45 degrees. Does Takealot expect me to keep this broken jar of mayonnaise in my house! And attract all kinds of insects and bacteria to my house! I think not. I spoke to the consultant at Takealot, but he is adamant that he needs this broken jar. Like really? I now believe that common sense in not really common anymore. I can’t wait to say goodbye to Takealot, and hello to Amazon
