Disgraceful service from Takealot-Sending damaged goods

I purchased Dog Food and it was to be delivered on Tuesday.When the package arrived the bag was torn so i didn't accept the package.I then called in and spoke to a guy name Nicolas and he said give it about 30min and the credit will reflect and i can repurchase the dog food which was a lie.I waited the entire day for the credit and nothing happened.I then had to repurchase the dog food with my credit card again so that i can have food for my dogs.They said i must wait till the damaged package arrive then only i can get a refund.I requested a manager to call me but didnt. I spoke to John,Gershwin and they didn't ever bother to assist.Disgraceful service from Takealot who dont value their customers
