Disgraceful Service

Placed an order for my business and when intent to collect on instruction from takealot was told they "SYSTEM" had deleted my order and I would have to reorder. Same product I ordered last week has gone from R74 to R700... my order is waiting for collection but they won't let me collect because of the price difference. What a disgrace. Oh and I have to wait another 7-10,days for my refund to my account.
