Disgraceful Customer service.No respect to Customers

I placed an order on the 4 October and to date I still didn't receive the items. I have sent emails requesting a call back and no one bothers to asssit.All I get is email replies asking how can we help and from Zelda Fredericks and say the item will be delivered within 5-7days.She didn't ever bother to check the date when the order was first placed.This is disgraceful service that I have received. This is not the first time this is happening. A Previous complaint still up to today hasn't been resolved. Its gone now over 2 months and no one has contacted me.Its shocking service
