Disgraceful

Disgraceful service from Takealot.

Received a defective TV, took them a week to collect it and subsequent to this, erroneously cancelled the return on their end. The TV has subsequently disappeared into thin air with no means of tracking it and no one willing to assist - they've stopped responding to mails all together.

Was a big fan, will now never make use of them again.
