Disgrace Take a lot

I ordered an opal ring for my wife's birthday coming Wednesday. I hired the parcel till this morning to wrap the gift. What a surprise when the small box was empty. Now 2 days before the birthday and me in a rural area what a disgrace. Never trust Take a lot. They are absolutely useless and there complaints web are offline. My suggestion is not to make use of this pathetically service
