Disfunctional Deliveries & INFO on paid order

I ordered and paid for a 92 liter Mora bar fridge with efficiency rating A+ on 3 August. Order number ***, with estimated delivery to me in Pretoria on 6 August from Takealot warehouse in Cape Town. Fridge needed for storing a variety of chronic medicines. Now if I try to track the order, it says NOT SHIPPED. I emailed Takealot citing the order number etc, and received a response directing me to their disfunctional website https://www.takealot.com/help-centre , which I had already tried WITH NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER when clicking on the relevant button
