Disengaged with no contacts

Takealot contact us page only has links for questions. Even though all of those are sometimes irrelevant.

I received a message on a weekend to say that the product will be delivered on Monday. But there is nobody at home on Mondays? The message doesn't incllude any contact detail. And neither does the website has any contact email. Specifically, no email address... So how must I let them no that I need to change the deliver time?

The reason why I like to buy at Takealot is disappearing fast. It's frustrating.
