DISCUSTING RAT AND MICE FECUS FOUND IN AND ON ITEM

I am utterly disgusted with my order and the fact that Takealot did not even to satisfy my needs as a regular customer to check my order before packing and dispatching my order. I ordered a toy laptop for a little boy who's birthday is the next day just to open the package and found what is MICE OR RAT FECUS inside the whole box, box partially nibbed.

This was so disgusting and to think this would have been given to a little boy who might have gotten this on their hands and in their mouth, just to make a little boy happen with what he wanted and wish for just to take it away again to have this matter resolved

I am flabbergasted that Takealot does not inspect items before dispatching them to paying clients, not to even mention of think of the fact how disgusting their warehouse might be if this is what i received
