Got a call from one of your staff members to arrange delivery for my FNB card. She asked if she is speaking to Roland and i said yes. She proceeded with the arrangement and the she said she will make me the alternative contact person. I asked her what she meant by that, and she said that basically she didnt believe me when i said that i am Roland. Now i am very angry about this ************** that i have to endure by the likes of your staff!!! I had enough!! i will take this further.
