I recently purchased a 27inch screen amongst other items on takealot. I believe in supporting local e-commerce sites, however, having lived in the states the ability versus the likes of Amazon are completely amateur. The concept is similar, but to sell items on your platform as a special, when in fact they a rip-off isn't only wrong on a moral level, but borderline *******. I purchased a screen my parents bought for R1699 for R2900 odd Rands by a company that limited the warranty to 6 months. I thought I was getting something better. To the absolute pinacle of insult despite the misleading 50% off I in fact paid R200 more for the item than a company that had it on their regular markup. Moral of the story your integrity as a company sucks. I had so much faith I didn't even bother double checking this lie you sell to people. Why? Like many corporate companies it's all about making money and nothing to do with integrity. Taking a percentage of a sale in exchange for not even checking that what your SP's sell has integrity attached to the price. I have buying power but have received better quality from PEPCOR. I don't only feel ********** waiting over a week for you to dispatch my paid for merchandise just proves your arrogance will be your biggest demise. Buying something for 2.9k on 50% off that isnr even on sale for 2.7K, and in November my parents purchased for 1699. Make no mistake the effect of this misleading sale will exceed how ********** I feel. You have my account details please delete them. Your operation is a complete sham. I believed you were quality orientated there is no dignity in ripping your clients off. A competitor at normal value sells the same product 200 cheaper and besides the discount I also instead of having a 3 year I have a 6 month warranty for the same item.

Get better staff, understand this will exceed 10x the value as I have friends in the 1%, they quality driven. This is repulsive. I too have buying power. To go from such good service to seeing its a con is nothing short of disgusting. Your discounts mean nothing I have no faith in the integrity of this company
