As a reseller, we have not had a smooth experience with Takealot - ESPECIALLY when it come to them paying us what we are owed. Back and forth emailing - continuously. You send them the paper work (anticipating that they might ask for it), then they email you and ask for the documents (that you have JUST sent them). Then another week later you get ask to provide evidence that they owe you money - I mean REALLY??????
