Disastrous Online shopping

I order a Mini WiFi Router from takealot which was delivered today on the 06 of August 2016 which I was not happy about it. The router is a huawei brand 4G but unfortunately the battery of the router is too big to even fit into the router. I requested for a replacement I just wonder if I will receive a proper product or not. This is very inconvenient for me and time wasting. I am so disappointed and angry now.
