Disastrous Delivery

<p>On 30 Nov 2017 I ordered two items as Christmas gifts from Takealot. It was a CD and Soviet Gents Leather Strap Stainless Steel Bezel Watch worth R799 (order number( ********** 4). I waited a long time for this order to be completed. On 15 December 2016 the CD was delivered but the watch is up to date not delivered. I immediately contacted Takealot to find out why it was not delivered, because according to their records it was delivered. I was told they will look in to the case and call me back. I was called but the response was unsatisfactory. I also told them that I was leaving on holiday on 17 December 2016 and will only be back by 27 December 2016. On 28 December 2016 I once again contacted them on this issue. As there was no telephone number on their site I did it via e-mail. I was again contacted and told that they will look into the matter. Up to date I have not received the watch or any response for them. I woould really like either to get my order or my money back.</p>
