Disastrous customer service

What a disasterous company,such poor service,,,,,I am a very frustrated,annoyed disappointed customer who's customers needs have not been served by the takealot company, I have been sitting without a fridge from the 1st of March 2023 thats the date Takealot initially was supposed to deliver the fridge to me.The delivery guy got lost and ended up calling and said that it was too late to further try and find the address,He said he felt it was not safe for him to be driving in this area at that time so he will have to reschedule for the next day never mind that i went to purchase fridge stuff on that day of the delivery because i was under the impression that i'd have a fridge now the food i bought got rotten and had to throw it away what a waste of my money!!!And when they finally brought the fridge takealot decided to sell me a damaged fridge i logged on twitter complaint mentioned on their twitter page my times of availability but still sent the guy to come fetch the fridge for an exchange at the wrong time that i had mentioned that i will not be available and then later on Takealot calls me to ask if im available at home i told them yes but to my surprise they came with a small van that would not fit the fridge left the fridge again,to me that did not make sense because the order has specications of the items being ordered sizes,weight etc it was to further frustrate me....I called the head office on Saturday the lady said she would speak to management to see if they can arrange somebody to come fetch the fridge but only received an email saying she was waiting for feedback till today i am sitting without a fridge which is clear Management does not see the urgency of this matter,This is sickening!!!! Now i call on management to put themselves in my shoes and treat this matter as an emergency i'd expect them to overlook the return policies and go an extra for a customer they have frustrated and costed sooo much,i request that when they come to pick this fridge up they must come with a new one as i can not suffer any longer!!!!
