Disappointment with Takealot

I bought from takealot on two occasions. Once in July 2025 and again December 2025. On both occasions the boxes arrived with missing components. The first was a Dri buddy and when we assembled it the top part where you hang the clothes and the meterial that is used to cover the clothes was missing. The second time was a mop and in this a part of the handle was missing. They do not answer phones and are not getting back to me.
