Disappointment upon disappointment!

In the last month I’ve received orders that weren’t mine or wrong orders or missing parts of orders. With the extra orders I had to do all the work to return the items to them. Then I had parts of my order missing. It took them over a week to send the missing item after multiple emails. When I eventually received the order it was the completely wrong item. I ordered adidas shorts and they sent a Levi shirt. I returned and requested a replacement item for the correct item I’d ordered as it was a gift. But they just issued a credit and refused to replace item. The item was bought when on special offer and is now double the price so the credit is worthless and my children are stuck without a gift for their dad. Takealot ignore my emails and refuse to help, I would seriously reconsider using Takealot. When they get it wrong they are not interested in fixing their mistakes. And they are getting it wrong a lot lately. Find another place to buy what you need especially if it is for a gift. You will likely be disappointed and frustrated if you use them.
