Disappointment

I had an extremely bad experience from Takealot. I placed an order a week ago. Instead of receiving my parcel. I was told I should wait another week for it. There was no communication from them up until I phoned them, since I was wondering where it was. After calling and emailing them for days. It's when I was told that I should wait another week for it. This is Soo disappointing. Please try to improve your means of communicating with your customers.
