DISAPPOINTMENT AFTER DISAPPOINTMENT

Seriously annoyed - out of my MANY orders with you guys I have only had 2 smooth ones. Issue 1 - My order ALWAYS gets delivered to the wrong courier facility - which delays delivery for a day. Issue 2 - I get my orders as late as 19h00pm in the evening. Issue 3 - Today - to top it all off -I received HALF an order - a whole box of nappies was not delivered and I only get a 'the matter will be escalated'. Guys seriously we like to support TakeAlot because of its good deals but we cannot work around fighting over the same issues for EVERY SINGLE ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so angry. This ends up with me having to buy what I ordered again no matter how much time in advance I place my order - SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE!!!!!!!!!
