DISAPPOINTMENT

Once again a disappointment with Takealot - Order Ref:#***, one ITEM not delivered Intex Lush Tropical Tubes-Pelican. the Mr. Delivery lady was so kind Maria Sakara requested me to check my delivery and this is how it was discovered that Takealot warehouse short pack my delivery (Box no: MDX***, Bar code S***). She communicated with her office and they also lodge the complaint. The worse of Takealot is where the hell do you report this matters you phone the Help centre and you are holding for a long time and nobody pick up the phone, why do you advertise the Help centre number if you are not going to assist. Just refund me the short delivered item.
