Disappointing takealot service.

I have an order that was suppose to be delivered by the 30th of October 2020. I received an email sms confirmation that my package will be delivered the next day nd received yet another sms the day it was expected to be delivered to say that it would come that day but it never did. Instead now when i try to track my order it shows some error and says that my order has been delivered to the incorrect courier facility. I canot get a hold of anyone telephonically and the email address I use to contact you is not responding to my query. This is such a disappointment. I just want my money back at this point.
