Disappointing takealot - Child without gift on Christmas

Good day

Okay so I have email takealot 3 times now and I have had no response from them.

I order the 2 items said on the icon I will receive it on time for Christmas.

Delivery man brought my order had to pay for 2 items but only received one.

Never received a email from them telling me my order will be delayed.

My order was placed on the 13th of December and the delivery said 15th of December?

Still have received nothing.

Disappointing to say the least I was such a big Takealot fan.

So now my child did not have her gift for Christmas?
