Disappointing service from Takealot

I am highly disappointed with the level of service received from Takealot regarding my return that was scheduled on the 17th February 2024. The item was collected on the 19th February 2024 and has not yet reflected as a return on my profile and nobody seems to be able to trace the item or advise if i am eligible for a refund.

The initial delivery of the said item was also delayed and not received the next day as promised and advertised.

I've had to make several calls and have been incovenienced and this issue has still not been resolved
