Disappointing service from takealot!!!

I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted with takealot's service, we ordered a few things from takealot for the kids for Christmas we only received everything afterwards to go once for collection, one of the items was a mp3/4 mediaplayer. My husband and I went to the drop off to collect , didn't think to open it right then and there, because we trust that everything will be in order and as my child opened the package at home no mediaplayer, only the headset, wrapping of mediaplayer, charger and the memory card... This was such a disappointment to us, now we must wait for them to collect this package and they'll assist from there after investigation... Check items thoroughly !
