Disappointing Service From Takealot

I placed an order on Sunday the 4th of June 2023 in the morning. Delivery was expected On Tuesday the 6th of June 2023. Takealot have come up with every excuse for non delivery e.g. we not at home, the driver cannot get hold of us, the driver cannot find your address. Please see the below for their response which is unacceptable. Order number ***:
