Disappointing service from takealot

I ordered a tablet on takealot.com. The delivery was scheduled for 17 December before 17:00 and I have no received my order. After 18:00 I checked the tracking details again and saw the reason for no delivery was that my address could not be located. I have not received any communication from takealot and I am not happy about it. Every other store I've ordered from online, the delivery drivers always called me upon delivering my ordered as it is easy to get lost, but they communicated with me and I always got my order. Takealot on the other hand has not called me, but it says that they will call me to verify my address. I've since emailed takealot and still waiting for a response. I'm disappointed with the service from takealot. There should be no excuse for this terrible service.
