Disappointing Service - Don't have a registry with Takealot as they mess it up and don't take care to help!

Hi team

I am honestly disappointed & angry with your service!

I ordered this as a wedding gift off the couple's gift registry list.

Guess what? The couple received three x the same gifts. They have asked us nicely to return this and give them a gift voucher for Takealot as they do not need more than one of these items.

I called in and spoke to a lady called Nasa. Who after 20 minutes told me you cannot assist with a return because I ordered this in August. It's not my or the other two people who ordered the same gifts fault that you guys messed up their registry list. Now they are stuck with the same items.
