Disappointing service

I ordered some items from takealot and opted for them to be delivered to the pickup point in Faerie Glen. Due to the wapadrand substation being burnt down they have been closed, understandably so. My issue is that takealot does not offer and alternative. I can’t request to pay the additional fee to have my items delivered to my house, or to have them dropped at a different pickup point. They are just stuck there now. I’ve tried calling the head office, although no one answers the phone.

I am once again disappointed by their service
