Disappointing Service and No delivery on Promised Date

Day 3 and my items for delivery still haven't arrived... Mind you, I've been waiting at the office even after knock off time but the reward I get from Takealot is guaranteed disappointment.

I don't see myself ordering from Takealot again coz what's even more frustrating is the fact that you can't call them directly (have to rely on their slow web email responses). Mxm!!
