DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

So disappointed! I bough a Notebook from Takealot. The reviews ranted and raved and indicated that the Notebook will be able to perform tasks e.g. to be able to actually watch a Youtube 5 minute video without constant interruption due to buffering. The Notebook was returned, as a 5 minute video takes 15 minutes to watch due to a faulty Notebook. Since 17 September 2020, they keep on indicating that there are accessories missing. I have requested numerous times which accessories, as the notebook only came with a charger. I STILL HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED FURTHER FEEDBACK. On Friday, 25 September 2020, I advised that I will escalate the matter via Hello Peter if no feedback was received. I was actually so nice as to leave the matter over the weekend to see if any action will be taken, HOWEVER NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.

I am now without the laptop (that was a BIRTHDAY present for my partner) as well as the money that I paid for the product, without any feedback from Takealot. This is so sad, as I used to love Takealot and have made thousands of rands worth of purchases.
