Disappointing Service

I would like to cancel my order with take a lot immediately please. I placed an order for different items on the 5th of April. Delivery date was noted as yesterday the 12th of April 2022. I now try to check my order…nothing has been shipped and the delivery will be on the 19th.

Please cancel this order as these items were birthday gifts for someone and there’s no point in me receiving them after the birthday.

I’ve never been so disappointed. No communication or update from you guys. Totally acceptable.
