Disappointing service

on the 24 August i bought a product from them, i selected and payed extra for next day delivery, when i did not receive a message from them for delivery today i decided to drive to the pick up point to check if its there. i previously tracked my order and it showed that the item was picked up from the main warehouse but, now no one knows where it is and apparently they're delivery team does not deliver on sundays. On my order it says GUARANTEED WEEKEND DELIVERY - SUNDAY. I in good conscious cant recommend TAKEALOT.COM to anyone when they cant even handle a simple task. i am very disappointed and will not be using TAKEALOT.COM again.
