Disappointing Service

Orders placed on 29 November 2024. Immediately get notified collection ready in 2 day’s. Get another notification to not collect until a message is resent. Eventually more than a week later get notified ready for collection. Go collect only half my order is available and not a single representative at Takealot collection point can say why. Emailed HO and all day no response. With Amazon in the country now Takealot should be upping their game not downgrading. Worst experience ever received from Takealot. Highly disappointed
