disappointing service

<p>I ordered some educational cards for my 2 year old daughter in October and on opening it I found a dead ****roach on the inside. I immediately sent an email complaining and someone got back to me saying they would replace the item and collect the faulty one. When they came to collect the faulty item they didnt bring a replacement and the delivery guy had no idea that he had to bring a replacement. I complained again and they asked for my address so they could deliver. Long story short it's almost 3 months later and I still haven't received the replacement, noone has bothered to contact me, Ive given them my delivery address 3 times over and still haven't received anything</p>
