disappointing service
first this is what i have ordered on 26th May Neutriherbs Enhanced Vitamin C Serum with Hyaluronic Acid (30ml) R310 including delivery Order #***8 Ordered 26 May 2021Paid 26 May 2021
instead they sent the wrong product on the 2nd of June. i reported that they sent me something i didn't order. the wrong item which R85 Disaar Vitamin C Brightening & Anti-Aging Face Serum
im on the line now with Chuma Moyikwa (takealot.com) she first gave an attitude when i explained my situation.
i want take a lot to refund me now. i can use that money to purchase what i want. you cant tell me about your processes white you are the one who sent me something i didn't order even cheaper that what i have ordered

08 Jun 2021, 14:38im still on a call with Chuma Moyikwa (takealot.com) who is refusing to transfer me to the someone she reports to. she tells me they are in a meeting. even when they are told that there is a customer holding. when i made the payment it was quick and easy and now what they have refund me i have to hold for 1h40 min.

i have emailing and he has not bothered to respond to my emails
today i spoke to different agents try to get hold of Aviwe all 4 of them have hung up on by saying they transferring. Sizwe and Avlon is of of them.... current hold for Aviwe
