Disappointing service

I am very disappointed on the level of service that received from take a lot. As someone who uses their service as much as I do I feel very disrespected and not valued. I was sent an sms that my headboard and base will be delivered today and made arrangements to give away the current one I have as well as work from home just to be told last minute after calling that I won’t be getting my delivery today. I know have to sleep on the floor for two nights and request take leave again because of them being unreliable and horrible communication.

They need to do better
